At Rev Reflection, we strive to give a voice to true automotive enthusiasts in the journalism space. There’s no shortage of available information on consumer advice when it comes to cars, and it can certainly be helpful to some, but we’re here to focus on fun and discussion. We like to share cool cars, cool stories, personal experiences, and reviews of cool cars.
The Rev Reflection Team

Braden Carlson – Founder/Editor in Chief
Braden has nearly a decade of experience in the automotive journalism industry. He started with a lowly YouTube channel posting videos of working on project cars with his brother and friends. After a few years, he moved on to freelance writing and landed a full time position in writing and automotive content production for a while. These days he’s working in marketing but founded Rev Reflection to continue posting things he’s passionate about. He likes drifting, hot hatchbacks, old Volvos, and weird cars.

Shane Harris – Photographer/Occasional Writer
Shane’s love for cars spans over half his life. He raced circle track from ages 10 to 14 before getting into drifting and motorcycles. At some point in the middle of it all, he discovered a deep passion for photography, especially automotive photography. Typically, he can be found with a camera in his hand in front of cars or high power rockets.
